SERVICE DELIVERY / ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (REMOTE)

This position is for a Service Delivery / Engagement Manager in the Insurance industry, offering a fully remote work setup. The role involves: managing a Large Data & Business Intelligence (BI) Production Support team ensuring the seamless operation of Data Warehouse and ETL systems and serving as the primary point of contact for customers Responsibilities include: project management incident resolution team management performance evaluation and stakeholder collaboration The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, significant experience in managing large data and BI production support teams, strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The base salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $140,000.
