Technical Product Owner (IT Manager) � Account to Report SAP FICO

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner (IT Manager) for Account to Report SAP FICO, with the option to work in New Brunswick, NJ, or various EMEA office locations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, defining strategies that align with business objectives and challenges and translating them into technology solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance technology products, focusing on SAP Finance/S/4 HANA as part of a transformational agenda. Responsibilities include vision and strategy definition, business problem definition, solution design, value realization, architecture, and internal and external partnerships. You will lead a global team of finance technology professionals and collaborate with senior finance and technology leaders, emphasizing insight-led strategy, innovation, agility, and human-centered design. The role requires a BA/BS degree, preferably with an MBA, along with 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC6 FI/CO and S/4 HANA Finance, financial accounting knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills. Additional technical expertise is preferred, along with experience managing technical or finance teams. This position may involve up to 20% business travel, and the anticipated base pay range for US candidates is $97,000 to $166,000.
