Responsibilities

→Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems in residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drains.
→Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for customers, ensuring systems are functioning properly.
→Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious issues.
→Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
→Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive relationship with clients while explaining issues and solutions clearly.
→Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, tasks completed, and time spent on each job.
→Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and share knowledge as needed.

→Must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license in Nebraska.
→High school diploma or equivalent.
→Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing service and repair.
→Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
→Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
→Excellent communication and customer service skills.
