The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Payroll Supervisor. Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a payroll team and handling multi-state payroll taxation and compliance.

Responsibilities

→Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for multi-state organization
→Execute bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive employees
→Audit payroll to ensure accurate calculations for gross-to-net pay, garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings
→Ensure adherence to FLSA regulations, time-tracking rules, multi-state compliance and nexus roles
→Lead, train, and mentor the payroll team

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience

Experience Required:
