The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably withing a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

→Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels of the organization
→Partner with management to identify staffing needs, hiring priorities, and coordinate recruiting activities
→Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via multiple recruitment channels
→Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation
→Respond to inquiries regarding staffing opportunities
→Prepare and maintain recruitment reports
→Provide a high level of customer service
