The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Software Engineer for a full-time opportunity in the Pittsburgh area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET, modern JavaScript, and full-stack application development. This position will be 60% backend, 40% frontend.

Job Summary:

This is a hands-on, full-stack development role focused on designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting business-critical web applications and cloud-based solutions. The position involves enhancing existing applications, developing new functionality, integrating systems, and improving overall application performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• →Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• →Develop and enhance front-end applications using Vue.js, React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• →Build, maintain, and support applications hosted within Microsoft Azure.
• →Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs, web services, and third-party applications.
• →Support and modernize existing .NET applications, including legacy systems and Windows/IIS environments.
• →Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement software solutions.
• →Enhance application functionality, usability, performance, and reliability.
• →Participate in application modernization, system integration, and cloud migration initiatives.
• →Troubleshoot application issues, optimize existing code, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React, Razor, or MVC.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
