The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

• →Assist in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• →Monitors guest’s response to intervention and consults with Occupational Therapist if modification is required.

• New Graduates with COTA license are welcome.
• Associate's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
