Sr. Product Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Operations Manager to join our Product Operations team and partner with a Product leader to tackle their most important business priorities and turn ambiguous product problems into clear, data-informed decisions.

• →Serve as a strategic thought partner to an assigned Product leader and team, tackling their highest-priority business challenges and ambiguous product problems.
• →Drive cross-functional outcomes across the product development lifecycle, from Voice of the Market discovery and roadmap planning to go-to-market and post-launch success.
• →Align stakeholders on success metrics and ensure product telemetry and instrumentation deliver the KPIs and insights teams need to understand adoption and business impact.
• →Synthesize data, customer input, and stakeholder perspectives into clear narratives and recommendations that leaders can act on quickly.
• →Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and synthesis, and help product teams adopt AI in how they work.
• →Define and standardize product operations best practices, and mentor and coach teammates and Product Management teams with training materials, templates, and documentation.

• 8+ years of combined experience across product operations, business operations, business strategy, product management, and/or management consulting.
• Proven ability to execute on a global scale, leading multiple concurrent large-scale programs and/or launching significant new products.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
• Experience tackling cross-functional business problems end to end, from framing the question to driving a decision, and thriving in ambiguity.
• Hands-on, everyday AI fluency, with sound judgment on where AI adds value, plus strong analytics and data-driven storytelling skills.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker.
• Working knowledge of Pendo, JPD, Power BI, and Jira.
