HVAC Install Manager

Florida Home Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation operations in Jacksonville, FL. We're looking for a strong leader who can develop a high-performing team, improve efficiency, and ensure quality installations and outstanding customer satisfaction.

As our HVAC Install Manager, you'll be responsible for leading residential HVAC installation operations, developing your team, and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

  Lead, schedule, and develop residential HVAC installation crews

• →

  Monitor installation quality, safety, productivity, and performance

• →

  Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management

• →

  Ensure installations are completed on time, to code, and to company standards

• →

  Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections

• →

  Work with sales, service, warehouse, and dispatch teams to coordinate installations

• →

  Resolve installation issues and customer concerns

• →

  Manage equipment, materials, and labor efficiency

• →

  Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

• →

  Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical, refrigerant piping, and airflow

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Basic computer and reporting skills
