We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily accounting operations and preparing full sets of accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients based in Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with local standards. This is a remote role based in China.

As an Accountant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality accounting services to our clients. This position is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience, preferably within practice, looking to deepen their expertise and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced accountants, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring financial accuracy.

Your 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally managing a portfolio of international clients, will enable you to succeed in this role.

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. 

Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation to complete a one-way video interview. This step allows us to review your skills and background early in the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all applicants.

A ~ 45 minute chat with a member of the leadership team, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.

Prior to final offer confirmation, we will conduct one professional reference check with your recent direct manager or supervisor. To keep the process moving smoothly, this step may be initiated during the final interview stages.
