What You’ll Do

As a Bassett Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be the expert homeowners rely on for honest solutions and quality workmanship:

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and present repair/replacement options
• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on plumbing systems
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, drains, and piping
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver 5‑star service
• Create accurate job notes, estimates, and invoices in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle

You’ll have the tools, support, and autonomy to do the job right.

What You Bring

We’re looking for plumbers who take pride in their work and want to grow:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (required)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and professionally in customers’ homes
• Basic tablet/computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
