The TSE provides technical expertise and direction in the development and successful implementation of energy conservation measures for retro-commissioning (RCx) activities. Projects typically involve complex, multi-building and multi-campus portfolios within higher education and healthcare environments, and are characterized by substantial mechanical infrastructure and advanced, integrated control strategies.

They must uphold and promote the ENFRA brand by guaranteeing excellence in the execution of work and ensuring positive client experience, performing assigned duties with minimal supervision while working in a team problem-solving environment.
