As the Womens Soccer coach you will be responsible for providing mentorship, support, and expertise to enhance performance, foster skill development, and promote a positive and collaborative environment. The ideal coach possesses strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for helping others succeed. Coach will be expected to create a culture of compliance in all facets of NJCAA Bylaws and Polices. Welfare and safety of student-athletes is a priority.
Position requires coaches to be available to coach evenings and weekends and include travel to various competitions.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement customized training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to players or team members to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Inspire and motivate players or team members to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and sportsmanship.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism and ethical behavior.
- Promote the team and work to recruit and maintain team members.
- Effectively communicate with players, team members, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear instructions and feedback in a constructive manner.
- Keep stakeholders informed about team progress, upcoming events, and other relevant information.
- Monitor the physical and mental well-being of players or team members.
- Address any concerns related to health, safety, or personal issues in a supportive manner.
- Collaborate with relevant medical professionals to ensure the overall well-being of individuals.
- Plan and execute effective game-day strategies.
- Provide real-time guidance and adjustments during competitions.
- Remain composed under pressure and make quick decisions to adapt to changing situations.
- Safely transport team and necessary equipment to and from events and competitions in Blackhawk Technical College vehicles as needed.
