• →5+ years relevant work experience in Business Systems administration and integration 
• →Experience analyzing and improving business processes, systems, and workflows supporting Sales, Marketing, and other related Revenue teams
• →Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, elicit requirements, and document functional and system requirements in an agile environment
• →Experience extracting (eg: SQL), translating, and presenting data as well as modeling data for integration, automation, reporting, and dashboards
• →Experience contributing to cross-functional projects using established project management or agile methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with and administration of multiple business systems across the spectrum, such as CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo), data enrichment (Zoominfo, Clearbit), automation/integration middleware platforms (eg: Workato, Tray.io, Boomi)
• QA/testing experience, including end user acceptance (UAT) testing
