HVAC - Service Technician - Maintenance

• →Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
• →Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• →Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment
• →Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems
• →Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency
• →Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems
• →Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

• 2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience in residential preferred
• Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Must be 21 or older
• Eligible to work in the US
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
