BLUEHAWK is seeking a Mid-Level Intelligence Management Specialist to provide intelligence, data-management, production-management, and administrative support to DIA/MSIC analysts, engineers, and scientists. The position supports secure information flow, IMD metrics and portals, RFI management, mission coordination, and day-to-day operational continuity.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists supporting IMD and threat-related activities.
- →Populate and maintain databases, monitor intelligence, administer and track RFIs, and produce IMD metrics, graphics, and briefings.
- →Support cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and authorized U.S. and allied partner systems.
- →Update SharePoint sites and team calendars; coordinate site visits, intelligence meetings, travel arrangements, and clearance certifications.
- →Maintain IT equipment inventories and perform accurate data entry and production-management support.
- →Conduct technical and editorial reviews of analytic products and briefings.
- →Provide data-management and analytics support for IMD web portal applications on SIPRNet and JWICS.
Requirements
~1 min read- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution; an additional 4 years of relevant experience (7 years total) may substitute for the degree.
- Working knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidance, intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, collected reporting evaluation, collection management engagement, and collection requirements development.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize multiple sources, apply structured analytic techniques, resolve inconsistencies, and defend analytic judgments with logical conclusions.
- Ability to produce concise analytic reports, assessments, studies, matrices, and briefings using Microsoft Office tools and web-enabled formats.
- Ability to work semi-independently, organize research within security and data protocols, and communicate complex issues clearly in writing and verbally.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with SharePoint, RFI tracking, production metrics, technical editing, team coordination, and IT inventory accountability.
- Experience handling intelligence dissemination or cross-domain workflows across JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet.
- Experience supporting DIA, an Intelligence Production Center, or a technical intelligence organization.
