Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Contribute to content strategies and guidelines for leading FMCG brands across digital commerce channels (E-retail, Marketplaces, Brand.com, Social, Paid Media).
- →Support the design of global content frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks that multiple markets can use.
- →Own the category research and competitive benchmarking that underpins the team’s recommendations.
- →Translate data, research, and insights into clear, compelling, client-ready deliverables.
- →Work across commerce, content, and media to help drive stronger brand performance.
- →Collaborate with Client Service, Creative, UX, Research, and other cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- →Track consumer and category trends, proactively proposing new e-commerce solutions.
- →Present your work to internal teams and contribute to client presentations with confidence and clarity.
Requirements
~1 min read- Early experience in a strategy, e-commerce, digital or content role — internships and placements count (agency experience a plus).
- A good working knowledge of e-commerce and digital ecosystems, and genuine interest in how content, brand, and communication drive performance.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking, able to generate fresh ideas while grounding recommendations in data, evidence, and strategic logic.
- Clear communicator who enjoys presenting; comfortable speaking up in client meetings.
- Proficiency in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
- Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using AI tools in everyday strategy work - for research, content testing, and building deliverables.
- Curiosity, openness to learn, and eagerness to bring fresh perspectives.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Good time management and independent work-planning.
