The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

• →Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
• →Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
• →Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
• →Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• →Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• →Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
