Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR files in accordance with company policies and privacy requirements.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Assist with updating HR policies, procedures, templates, and internal resources.
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate resource when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Talent team, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of HR activities.
  • Ensure employee information is maintained accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.

 

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job opportunities internally and externally, including on the corporate website and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for consideration.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct phone screenings and participate in interviews as required.
  • Process pre-employment checks, including reference, credit, and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare employment offers, transfer letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure recruitment records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate completion of required documentation.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed and submitted to Payroll in a timely manner.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support successful employee integration.
  • Coordinate first-day onboarding activities, including office tours and team introductions, to support a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain employee data within SAP SuccessFactors, including new hire, transfer, and employment changes.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee information within HR systems.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by preparing standard and ad hoc reports using SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with data validation, auditing, and reporting requests as required.
  • Support day-to-day People & Talent operations and contribute to special projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
  • Support HR communications, including drafting internal announcements and employee communications.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends related to recruitment, retention, employee experience, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

             

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Working toward a CHRP designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with employees, candidates, and stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary between $60,000 - $65,000.
Hybrid Work Model: Minimum 3 days a week in the office.
