Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with the oversight, training, and on-shift supervision of Changeover staff and other staff as needed.
- →Enforce administrative policies and procedures as it relates to the building.
- →Assist with the implementation, evaluation, and day to day operation of the game day setup and tear down including flooring, seating, tables, stages, ramps, etc.
- →Perform seating, facilities, and event checklists inspections
- →Report issues to management as they arise
- →Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance
- →Follow safety precautions and emergency procedures
- →Attend all Staff and Committee meetings as assigned.
- →Weekend work and game day work is required
Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some experience using hand tools preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to perform general labor
- Must be able to discuss, converse with, and exchange accurate information with patrons, staff, stakeholders, etc.
- Non-smoking environment
- Moderate to loud noise
- Maintain flexible hours for events that occur on weekends and evenings
- Walking, standing or working events
- Must be able to traverse throughout the center
- Must be able to lift, move and set up items weighing as much as 75 lbs.
