We're looking for a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator - Assessment within the Warrington service ensuring that every person who accesses our service receives the best possible support

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator- Assessment with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities

→Good IT skills and experience in carrying out assessments of service users in health, social care, and criminal justice sectors.
→Knowledge and experience of recording and managing risk
→The ability to strike up a rapport and engage with drug and alcohol misusers and offenders.
→Experience of contributing to multi-agency meetings.
→Be able to work autonomously, safely, and creatively, using your own initiative away from the office
→Good communication skills and experience of interagency working.
→A clean driving license and access to your own transport
