We're looking for an exceptional leader to inspire a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 16–24 and their families.

You'll create an environment where colleagues feel empowered to do their very best work, where partnerships thrive and where young people feel heard, valued and supported.

You'll have the freedom to influence how services evolve, strengthen safeguarding practice, champion new ideas and build partnerships that improve outcomes across Nottinghamshire.

No two days will ever be the same.

One day you could be coaching a practitioner through a complex safeguarding decision.

The next, you'll be working alongside schools, social care, health partners and community organisations to remove barriers and create better opportunities for young people.
