Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Lodi, NJ

We’ve been caring for New Jersey families for over 40 years, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.

• Assist dentists chairside: passing instruments, suctioning, and preparing and placing materials• Take digital radiographs [adjust if film]• Help kids feel calm and comfortable, especially first-timers and nervous patients• Communicate with parents and caregivers about visits and home care• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms according to our protocols• Clean, package, and sterilize instruments (autoclave and Statim) following OSHA and infection-control standards

Room to grow- Here, you’ll use your full RDA skill set and as you gain experience, you can grow into roles like lead assistant, clinical trainer, or office leadership, with opportunities across our network of practices.

• Graduate of an approved dental assisting program with current New Jersey RDA registration• Current New Jersey radiology (X-ray) license• CPR/BLS certification• Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint background check, which is required for working with children• Patience, warmth, and a genuine enjoyment of working with kids
