Responsibilities include:

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• →Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• →Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• →Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
• →Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• →Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Up to $45/hour base + Incentives

• Previous experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant HVAC certifications and licensing
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to company insurance requirements
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
