Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• $21.00/hour for candidates with a high school diploma or GED.
• $22.00/hour for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Shift: 11:00 pm - 9:00 am

Location: 77 Trails End Road Eureka, Montana 59917

New hires are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, distributed in three $500 installments—after 30 days, six months, and twelve months of employment—contingent upon continued employment and meeting eligibility requirements.  

As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents ages (13-18) in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Every day you will participate and guide teen girls in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities. To thrive at Chrysalis, you must have an empathetic heart and maintain personal and professional boundaries with teens.

• →Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teen girls as they arise
• →Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere
• →Communicate important observations and updates to the Shift Supervisor and Residential Managers
• →At end of shift, document client progress notes daily
• →With an empathetic heart encourages teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications

• Age: Must be at least 21+ years of age.
• Education (Required): High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Education (Preferred): Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Min of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training 
• Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Montana state laws.
