As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will undertake the following tasks:

• →Capture and translate Business requirements into Functional Specification Documents.
• →Work in close coordination and collaboration with the business users to understand requirements from "What & Why" dimensions.
• →Work closely with technical/development teams as part of the SDLC process to facilitate technical specifications, development, perform functional testing and implementation/migration activities.
• →Conduct bank user training and Process led workflow (PLW) session.
• →Support bank users in conducting SIT and UAT testing.
• →Prepare user guide/manual.
• →Monitor & Control requirements by maintaining complete traceability (including business-related non-functional requirements) and ensure that they meet the bank’s standards.
• →Responsible for maintaining the record of user requirements, enhancements, change requests etc. and project progress.
• →Attain TLC certification as suggested by the Manager.

• Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.
• Fluent English, both written and communication skills.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as Transact functional consultant.
• Good experience in conducting training & PLW.
• Good experience in BRD, BSDD, FSD, use cases etc.
• Expertise on one or multiple modules listed below:
  • AA Accounts & Deposits
  • Retail Lending
  • Core / Customer & GL
  • Operations (Teller, Cash Pool & Sweeping)
  • Payments
  • Corporate Lending
  • Data Migration
  • Treasury
  • Trade Finance
• Basic knowledge in overall Transact modules like Core, Customer, limit, collateral etc.
• TLC Certification is mandatory.
