Responsibilities

Use your industry expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose in-home plumbing service calls accurately and efficiently
Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean organized job site & truck
Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service and create that "You're my go to company" relationship.
Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
Document work completed with before and after photos
Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods

Requirements

Oklahoma Journeyman License Required
Applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving‑insurability requirements; however, candidates who are 19 or older may be considered with a clean driving record.
2+ Years experience in residential plumbing systems
Experience in a residential working environment with customers
Proficient in inspections, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and making repairs
Familiar with local codes and industry standards
Able to work in extreme temperatures and conditions
Helpful to have experience with the following (cast iron systems, Perma-Liner, sewers, water lines, and CPVC and PEX piping)
A team player with excellent communication skills
