~1 min read- →Serve as the primary contractor point of contact to the Government, including the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and senior JIATF-CC leadership.
- →Provide overall program leadership, management, and oversight for all contract operations, personnel, subcontractors, and deliverables.
- →Manage execution of intelligence, targeting, ISR, Joint Operations Center (JOC), linguistic, HUMINT/CI, and operational coordination support across multiple locations.
- →Ensure continuous mission coverage, operational readiness, and successful delivery of all contract requirements.
- →Direct staffing, recruitment, retention, training, and performance management of contractor personnel.
- →Oversee program cost, schedule, quality, risk management, and contract compliance.
- →Lead interagency coordination and information sharing among DoW, DHS, DoJ, IC, and other mission partners.
- →Prepare and deliver program status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews to Government stakeholders.
- →Implement quality control processes to ensure intelligence products and operational support meet established standards for accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Administration, Intelligence Studies, National Security, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- 10+ years of program management experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, homeland security, or law enforcement programs.
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-site contracts and geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated success managing cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and risk for government programs.
- Knowledge of intelligence operations, ISR support, border security, counternarcotics, counter-TCO operations, or interagency mission environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with senior military, intelligence, and federal law enforcement organizations.
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Masters Degree
- PMP
