  Food & In-Room Delivery: Ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders to restaurant tables as well as directly to guest rooms.

  Room Service Setup & Presentation: Prepare and assemble room service trays and rolling carts, ensuring elegant presentation, proper heating/cooling equipment, and correct place settings.

  Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the kitchen, restaurant servers, and other staff to ensure seamless food service through clear communication and teamwork.

  Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests professionally, providing courteous in-room setup, and promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.

  Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all food service areas, room service staging areas, and kitchen lines while strictly following safety protocols.

  Inventory & Maintenance: Assist in restocking service stations, room service supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
