We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for helping others feel relaxed and rejuvenated. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and providing general support to the spa staff. You will also have the opportunity to promote and sell spa products and services to guests, so a background in sales is a plus. The Spa Receptionist will meet and greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude. Check them in for services, make appointments, take payments, provide daily maintenance of the spa's lobby or reception area. Provide information to guests about available facilities and activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Explain and enforce the rules and regulations of the facility. Welcome and accommodate all guests; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software
• Sales experience is a plus
