Every day as an Overnight Program Supervisor you will....
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care
- Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor the daily operation of assigned program
- Ensure all regulatory guidelines and professional standards are followed
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention support, guidance, and feedback to direct reports
- Participate in the orientation of new employees and provides ongoing employee training
You will be offered:
- Compensation: $22.50 /hr - $25.65 /hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: 10:00pm-8:00a, 4 days a week with rotating weekends [40hrs weekly]

Our Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum (ID/ASD) program serves boys and girls, ages 6 to 21, with a degree of intellectual and developmental disability, ranging from mild to severe, with IQ scores ranging from 20 to 55. These children also exhibit significant behavioral challenges, including self-injury, physical aggression and property destruction. The ID/ASD program teaches skill development, positive behavioral change, communication and self-care, enabling the youth to reach his or her fullest potential.
Requirements
~1 min read60 college credits from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline (as described above); and three years direct care experience.
