We’re excited to begin welcoming new team members as we launch an innovative residential treatment program dedicated to supporting children and adolescents with autism or intellectual disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs.  This is a unique chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to improving lives, empowering families, and shaping a program from the ground up. If you’re passionate about making a difference and excited to help create a safe, supportive, and transformative environment, we invite you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to this meaningful new chapter.

The Registered Behavior Technician serves youth ages 6-21 with autism and developmental disabilities in our STAIRS program, an intensive residential treatment program located in Homestead, PA. The Registered Behavior Technician functions in a multidisciplinary treatment setting (including behavior analysts, a child psychiatrist, social worker, nurses, special education staff, direct care staff, among others) The Registered Behavior Technician provides 1:1 behavior analytic services to youth with severe behavioral challenges and skill deficits who have not responded to treatment in less restrictive community-based or residential settings. Behavioral Interventions are developed by a behavior analyst (BCBA) who supervises the Registered Behavior Technician per BACB requirements.
