• →Manage assigned design projects in collaboration with Architecture leadership and Division teams to develop innovative, market-responsive home designs
• →Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform design solutions.
• →Ensure designs support the construction, cost, operational, and marketing objectives of each project.
• →Maintain consistent architectural detailing and design standards that strengthen the Drees brand and support construction quality.
• →Review projects for compliance with applicable building codes and company standards.
• →Complete independent assignments with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• →Apply strong residential design principles throughout all phases of project development.

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture
• NCARB Certification a plus
• Residential Architecture experience
• Must be proficient in Revit and MS Office programs; AutoCAD experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage project priorities
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail on fast paced projects
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced work environment
• Positive attitude and high energy level
