Embark at Springville is seeking Direct Support Professional/Behavioral Health Associate's to join our trauma‑informed residential program for adolescent girls (ages 12–17). In this role, you’ll provide direct support in a high‑acuity environment—helping clients regulate emotions, maintain safety, and engage in therapeutic routines. You’ll collaborate with therapists and nurses, model healthy boundaries, and be a steady presence for teens working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and family challenges.

High School diploma or equivalent
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass criminal investigation background check
Current driver's license
Ability to learn CPR and First-Aid.
