Part Time Mental Health Therapist

Join an adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) serving teens and their families in Rockville, Germantown, and Chevy Chase, Maryland. We're seeking a licensed therapist to provide primarily group therapy while supporting treatment planning and discharge coordination. This part-time role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with adolescents in a structured outpatient setting and want flexible supplemental hours. The position will float between two clinics.

• →Provide primarily group therapy for adolescents enrolled in an IOP/PHP program.
• →Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families to support treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning.
• →Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time.
• →Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
• →Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care.

• Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Required: Active Maryland clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license recognized by the Virginia Board) preferred - Active LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT will be considered; experience with adolescents, IOP, PHP, or higher-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting.
• Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
