The Technical Project Manager (TPM) serves as the on‑site Site Lead and primary technical liaison to the Government at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), with full responsibility for the leadership, supervision, and operational performance of OMC South IT services under the JSP J6 Service Delivery contract. The TPM has direct accountability for managing contract personnel, directing daily work activities, establishing operational priorities, and ensuring secure, reliable IT service delivery across unclassified, classified, and Special Access Program (SAP) environments.

This position reports to the OMC Program Manager and functions as Deputy Program Manager in their absence, with direct responsibility for site performance, workforce accountability, and mission outcomes.
