Finance & AccountingTreasury Analyst

Every Endeavor classroom depends on a finance team that knows exactly where the money is, where it’s going, and how much room we have to grow. We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst: a hands-on treasury and forecasting pro who has prepared and maintained a cash forecast at a multi-site, leveraged company and is ready to help keep our cash, liquidity, and lender reporting running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you’ll help strengthen our treasury processes and support the materials that go to finance leadership, our lenders, and the board.

This position may be based remotely; however, candidates must reside within an existing Endeavor Schools market where we currently operate a school.

  • Help bring the forecast in-house. Support the transition of our 13-week cash forecast from an outside provider to an in-house process, then prepare and maintain it on a reliable weekly cadence.
  • Maintain the long view. Prepare and maintain a 13-week and 12–18 month liquidity view that reflects enrollment cycles, tuition and subsidy timing, payroll, and our summer and back-to-school swings.
  • Support day-to-day banking. Support banking administration, from account maintenance and the corporate card program to supporting the Controller in lender and agent bank communication.

  • Reconcile forecast to actuals weekly, explain variances, and keep improving accuracy.
  • Monitor daily cash across all bank accounts and coordinate funding, sweeps, and transfers.
  • Prepare cash and liquidity updates for finance leadership, and support the Controller in preparing lender, investor, and board materials.
  • Support credit facility administration, including borrowings, repayments, and interest and fee calculations.
  • Calculate financial covenants and prepare compliance certificates and lender reporting packages on schedule for the Controller’s review and sign-off.
  • Model covenant headroom and the liquidity impact of acquisitions, capital projects, and other major decisions.
  • Support amendments, refinancings, and new financing activity.
  • Maintain bank account structure, signatories, and treasury services, and support the Controller in managing banking and lender relationships.
  • Support payment controls and fraud prevention, including positive pay, ACH, and wire approvals.
  • Support cash receipt and deposit controls across all school sites.
  • Support the integration of bank accounts and cash processes for newly acquired schools.
  • Administer corporate cards, including issuance, limits, and policy.
  • Partner with Accounting and School Leaders on reconciliation, compliance, and spend visibility.
  • Document and maintain treasury policies and procedures, and support strong internal controls.
  • Support the annual audit for treasury-related areas.
  • Find opportunities to automate reporting and improve working capital.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or FP&A, with cash forecasting as a primary responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience preparing and maintaining a 13-week cash flow forecast at a multi-location or multi-entity company.
  • Working knowledge of credit agreements, covenant calculations, and lender reporting at a leveraged company.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus strong PowerPoint.
  • The ability to explain cash and liquidity clearly to non-finance leaders.
  • Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to hit recurring weekly, monthly, and lender deadlines.
