Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

ERP International, LLC (www.erpinternational.com) is currently seeking a full-time Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst with strong federal government contracting experience to support budgeting, forecasting, revenue/backlog analysis, government contract pricing, and financial performance analysis. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Contracts, Business Development, and Program Management to improve forecast accuracy, pricing decisions, and financial visibility.

• →Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• →7+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, pricing, or related finance experience.
• →Federal government contracting budgeting and forecasting experience required.
• →Hands-on Unanet ERP and/or Deltek experience required.
• →Government contract pricing/proposal experience strongly preferred.
• →Knowledge of FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, backlog, contract funding, indirect rates, and contract profitability.
• →Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• →Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
