To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• →Processes payroll within Company assigned frequencies, which includes compiling payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and withholding union dues, and preparing and issuing paychecks.
• →Processes timely and accurate wage assignments, garnishments, child support orders, and employment verifications.
• →Audits all system entries for new hires, status and compensation change and termination submissions with the support of the HR Data Entry team.
• →Responds and resolves payroll inquiries in a timely and compliance manner and within prescribed methods.
• →Analyzes payroll reports such as Certified Payroll, Job Cost Association, Gross Payroll Registers, Vacation Reports to ensure accurate and timely tracking and accruals.
• →Supports reconciliation of outstanding payroll checks with the corporate Accounting team.

• High School diploma / GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience with in-house payroll processing.
• UKG and/or Dayforce experience preferred.
• Union, Construction, Prevailing Wage payroll knowledge preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products preferred.
