At AdvantageCare Rehabilitation, we're looking for a compassionate, motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our rehabilitation team at Valley View in Montoursville, Pennsylvania.

Whether you're an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to supplement your income, a newer clinician interested in expanding your experience, or someone seeking flexible hours without the commitment of a traditional full-time schedule, we'd love to connect!

We know your time is valuable, and finding the right PRN opportunity should mean more than simply picking up additional shifts.

It should mean joining a team where your clinical expertise is respected, your contributions matter, and the care you provide makes a real difference.

Already working full-time? Looking to pick up additional hours while maintaining a schedule that works for your lifestyle?

Our PRN opportunities allow you to explore additional work based on your availability and the facility's coverage needs.

Whether you're balancing another position, family responsibilities, or simply prefer the flexibility of PRN employment, we'd love to learn what you're looking for.

At Valley View, you'll have the opportunity to work with residents who depend on skilled occupational therapy services to regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life.

From helping someone regain the ability to dress independently after a hospitalization to teaching adaptive techniques that make everyday activities safer and easier, you'll be part of the moments that truly matter.

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation was founded by therapists who understand the importance of clinical collaboration, professional respect, and quality patient care.

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to help residents achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Even when you're working PRN, you deserve to feel like a valued member of the team.

We strive to create a collaborative environment where communication, teamwork, and exceptional patient care come first.

Whether you're joining us for occasional coverage or picking up additional shifts when available, we want you to feel supported and appreciated.
