At AdvantageCare Rehabilitation, we're looking for a compassionate, motivated PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at Dockside Health & Rehab in Locust Hill, Virginia.

Whether you're an experienced PT looking to supplement your current income, a clinician interested in picking up additional hours, or someone seeking a flexible opportunity without the commitment of a traditional full-time schedule, we'd love to connect!

We know your time is valuable, and we believe finding the right PRN opportunity should mean more than simply filling open shifts.

It should mean joining a team where your clinical expertise is respected, your contributions are appreciated, and the care you provide truly matters.

Looking to supplement your current position, maintain your clinical skills, or enjoy a more flexible work schedule?

Our PRN opportunities allow you to explore additional work based on facility needs and your availability.

Whether you're balancing another position, family responsibilities, or simply prefer the flexibility of PRN employment, we'd love to learn what you're looking for.

At Dockside Health & Rehab, you'll have the opportunity to work with residents who benefit from skilled, individualized physical therapy services.

From helping someone regain mobility after an illness or injury to improving strength, balance, and confidence, your expertise can make a lasting difference.

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation was founded by therapists who understand the importance of clinical judgment and individualized treatment.

We believe clinicians should feel supported, respected, and empowered to provide the best possible care.

Even when you're working PRN, you deserve to feel like a valued member of the team.

We strive to create a collaborative environment where communication, teamwork, and quality patient care come first.
