Physical Therapist - PRN

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you'll help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence through individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.

  Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's clinical needs and functional goals.

• →

  Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, transfers, and safety.

• →

  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• →

  Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

• →

  Educate residents, families, and caregivers on mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safe functional activities.

• →

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations.

  Promote a positive, supportive, and patient-centered rehabilitation experience.
