Deploy, maintain, and optimize scalable, resilient systems across on-premises and cloud environments.

Administer core infrastructure services, including Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), identity platforms (e.g., Okta), and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Manage virtualization, VDI, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure performance, availability, and data integrity.

Configure and support network and application delivery components (e.g., load balancers, SSL certificates) to maintain secure, highly available systems.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as an escalation point for incident resolution.

Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with Information Security policies and standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure improvements, automation initiatives, and increased system efficiency and reliability.

Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability to enable proactive issue detection.

Participate in on-call rotations supporting critical systems outside business hours.

Mentor team members and maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

Stay current on emerging technologies and communicate effectively with leadership during major incidents.

Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows environments.
- Strong proficiency with Active Directory, Okta, VMware, and Veeam administration.
- Experience deploying and managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
- Proven experience managing or troubleshooting VDI infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of F5 load balancer configuration and management.
- Familiarity with Pure Storage systems (array operations, snapshots, replication).
- Experience with Atlassian, Zabbix, and PagerDuty or equivalent platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, routing).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
~1 min readScripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with infrastructure change management, ITSM, or Agile environments.
Relevant certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Okta, Veeam, F5, or Storage).
This role pays between $123,000/Yr to $130,000/Yr , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
