Responsibilities

→Bachelor's degree
→A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management methodologies
→A minimum of 3 years of direct project management experience within a matrix organization, including:

→Managing complex projects with several dependencies
→Proven track record of managing projects to a successful business outcome

→Foundational knowledge or direct experience in Genetics, enabling the candidate to understand genetic concepts and effectively collaborate with technical stakeholders.
→Strong influencing skills, with the ability to guide, align, and motivate cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
→Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software tools
→Proficient in written and spoken English

Requirements
