Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. As a BCBA, you'll own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients while working closely with families, RBTs, and your broader clinical team.

You'll:

• →Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• →Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification
• →Train, coach, and develop RBTs
• →Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication
• →Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data
• →Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners
• →Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• →Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• State licensure, where required
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
