Responsibilities

→Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and document critical information as needed
→Knowledgeably prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
→Monitor field technicians to effectively manage schedules and optimize time utilization
→Schedule customer appointments using right tech/right call guidelines
→Perform accurate data entry to track calls, jobs, and customer information

Requirements

Previous dispatching experience required
Home services industry experience and/or ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, conscientious team player
High standards for honesty, integrity, professionalism, and attitude

Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
