• →Utilize sewer cameras to uncover plumbing and sewer issues in customer homes
• →Diagnose sewer and drain issues and prepare accurate repair estimates
• →Create and implement a drain technician training plan to support the sewer sales process
• →Execute the sewer sales process and present clear, customized repair solutions to customers
• →Thoroughly prepare statements of work and supporting documents to hand off projects seamlessly to the installation team
• →Communicate with customers throughout the entire project, ensuring 100% satisfaction at completion
• →Participate in training events and share lessons learned/best practices with the sewer sales team
• →Assist customers with financing options for their projects

• →2+ years of home services sales experience (required)
• →Residential plumbing experience a plus
• →ServiceTitan experience a plus
• →Excellent customer service and communication skills
• →A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and mentor others
