Weekend HVAC Service Technician

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Haley Mechanical is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Weekend HVAC Service Technician to join our growing residential HVAC team. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who want to maximize earnings while enjoying consistent weekdays off.

• →Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
• →Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
• →Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• →Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
• →Attend manufacturer and safety training as required
• →Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• →Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience (required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience
• Certification from a technical or trade school
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
