Hampton Lumber is a thriving family-owned company aspiring to be North America's preferred source for responsibly-sourced wood solutions. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, we operate nine sawmills in Western Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia. We also manage timberland and operate a wholesale and import/export division.

We’re looking for skilled Millwrights to execute the commissioning, start-up, and continued reliability of a highly focused maintenance prevention program for Hampton Lumber.

- →Diagnose mechanical issues and execute timely effective repairs
- →Collaborate with operations and all team members to improve equipment performance
- →Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- →Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations
- →Take full ownership of assigned tasks to Hampton’s maintenance standards
- →Willingness to work different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed for operations, commissioning, training, or start-up
