HealthPro Pediatrics is growing our Newport News ABA team and we're looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment to join us!

Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.
